What is hypnosis and hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis – or hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation, intense concentration and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance. This trance – like –state is similar to being completely absorbed in a book, movie, music or even one’s thoughts.

Change can be as simple as laying back, closing your eyes and allowing the relaxing power of hypnosis to update the unhelpful program in your subconscious mind and to take the struggle out of doing what you already know you need to do in order to be the person you were meant to be.

Hypnosis allows for a deeper sense of connection to our subconscious mind. Bypassing the conscious mind to directly communicate with the subconscious mind, hypnotherapy can help both mind and body.  You can release old limiting thought patterns and behaviours, traumas and negative memories that no longer serve you well.
